C. Marshall Webb, MD, FACOG Medical Director

Dr. Webb is a board certified Obstetricians and Gynecologist.  He graduated from Medical College of South Carolina and completed his residency at the University of South Carolina.  He moved to Jacksonville with his wife Robin in 2007.   Dr. Webb has over 12 years experience in cosmetic injectables.

Joan Miller Tomeu - Clinical Director

Joan is a registered nurse with over 30 years experience in the medical profession.  She previously worked in a Plastic Surgery Center and a Laser Center.   She is certified in Laser Hair Removal, IPL/Laser Skin Rejuvenation treatments and Botox and Dermal filler injectables. She has been an Advanced National Educator for PCA Skin since 2003 and travels extensively teaching professionals Chemical Peel training, Advanced Treatment Technologies, and Product Knowledge classes. She made Jacksonville her home in 2007 with her husband, Rick. She has four children and two grandchildren.

Tiffany Reed - Patient Coordinator

Tiffany Reed is a native of Jacksonville with over 5 years of management experience.  She truly coordinates the day to day operations of the medical spa and can answer your questions regarding our treatments, pre and post instructions, scheduling as well as our clinical products.  She enjoys watching her daughter Taylor play soccer and relaxing on the beach.

Meggan Sides - Esthetician

Our esthetician, Meggan Sides is a Jacksonville native and graduate of Dixon High School.  She received her Esthetician Degree in April 2009 and is licensed by the state of NC.  Meggan is certified in Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peel, and Medical Modalities and is a professional makeup artist.  She has over seven years of experience in the Esthetic industry.  She has a beautiful toddler, Kane, and enjoys playing tennis and other outdoor activities with her son and family.

Lauren Hayden - Receptionist

Lauren Hayden is new to the Jacksonville area and recently moved here with her Marine husband, Jake.  Lauren is one of our receptionists and is one of the friendly voices you hear when you call Changes.  Lauren was an Assistant Manager for Massage Envy in Chesapeake VA.  She is currently attending college for her degree in Public Relations.

Laura Bilbro - Medical Massage Therapist

Laura Bilbro graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in December 2008.  She passed the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in March 2009 and received her North Carolina License in May 2009.  She is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.  Laura enjoys Deep Tissue, Swedish, pregnancy, and hot stone massage. In her downtime Laura enjoys yoga, reading and playing with her dog, Molly.
